Yuma Hamfest February 14-15, 2025 --
Vendor registration opening is imminent
- Yuma County Fairgrounds
Commercial Vendor & Tailgating Rules and Regulations
The vendors will located in a brand new commercial building. Due to the building being brand new in 2024, absolutely and we mean absolutely nothing may be placed on, or the walls, not even painters tape. This is a hard and fast rule given to us by the fairgrounds management. Failure to comply with this request will result in expulsion from the vendor all and responsibility for any expenses for a painting contractor to do the repairs.
The Yuma Hamfest considers you a “Commercial Vendor” (and not a “tailgater”) if more than ten percent (10%) of the items you offer for sale are new.
Commercial Vendors will be permitted into the main hall (Theater Building) between 7:00 am and noon on Friday for set-up. The main hall opens to the public at noon on Friday. Sales activity is permitted only during the hours the hamfest is officially open.
Security will be provided inside the main hall on Friday and Saturday nights. Vendors should make arrangements to secure their displays at other times or in all other areas of the fairgrounds.
Vendor spaces in the main hall are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. Commercial vendors in the main hall will be provided one table and two chairs with each 10x10 space. Additional tables can be rented for $5.00 per table. Table cloths or drapes are not provided. Electricity is provided inside the main hall but vendors MUST bring their own AC extension cords.
Commercial vendors will be issued vendor badges. Badges should be worn at all times. Please be sure to indicate on the registration form how many of your staff will be attending.
Commercial vendors located outside the main hall must adhere to the same hours as commercial vendors located inside the main hall. Sales of new products are permitted only during the hours the Yuma Hamfest is officially open.
Commercial vendors are required to comply with Arizona Department of Revenue regulations. Information can be obtained by contacting:
Arizona Department of Revenue Office of Tax Policy 1600 W. Monroe Phoenix, AZ 85007-2650 (602) 255-2060
Inside vendor locations will be designated. Please see grounds map for location, or ask a Hamfest staff member upon arrival.
The vendor registration office for the Yuma Hamfest is located at the (inner) west gate entrance to the Fairgrounds. Hamfest staff will be present throughout the weekend.
Questions prior to the event should be directed to the designated contact person of the Yuma Hamfest listed on the website below.
